If that’s you, you might want to consider joining us as a Conversational Analyst. The Conversational Analyst is core role in our company, and is the soul of any AI system. The Analyst creates an AI’s personality, trains it’s responses and actions, and guides it as it learns and develops.
We’re currently recruiting for two roles, based at the Cwrt Cowork campus near Ty Glas train station in Llanishen. The cowork is a vibrant startup environment, and you’ll be joining a growing company in one of the future’s most exciting fields.
Conversational Analyst
This is our entry role, training the conversational systems we create for our clients.
We take every new joiner through a structured programme training them to build and train industry-leading bots. On top of this we support our team to gain relevant industry certifications, typically in Agile, Design Thinking,modern programming languages and in premier AI technologies from companies like IBM, Microsoft or Google.
We offer:
- starting salary of £25k + up to £500k cycle to work scheme matching allowance

You will need:
- A 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification
Senior Conversational Analyst
This is our experienced role consulting to clients and leading Conversational Analysts training multiple AI systems.
- Salary range £35-48k depending on prior experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience building and maintaining conversational solutions
- Expertise in AI technologies from one of IBM, Microsoft, Google, Rasa or similar equivalent
- Experience of leading teams of people in a services environment.
